Soy Crunches - Tom Yum

Soy Crunches Tom Yum are the same crisp textured-soy sticks as the Original, seasoned with tom yum instead. One 30g pack is one serving and carries 11.5g of protein.

What it tastes like. Sour first, then heat. Tamarind and kaffir lime leaf do the tang, chilli and pepper do the rest. The heat builds over a few pieces rather than hitting at once.

When you eat it. When plain savoury is not enough. Good with a cold drink, good at the desk when the afternoon needs waking up.

What is in it. Textured soy protein, tom yum seasoning (sugar, salt, soy sauce powder, maltodextrin, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides INS635, yeast extract, tamarind powder, kaffir lime leaf, pepper, glycine INS640, citric acid INS330, oleoresin capsicum, ammonia caramel INS150c, paprika oleoresin INS160c(i), lemongrass flavour) and vegetable oil. Vegan, halal-certified and allium-free, so no onion and no garlic. Rich in protein and iron; a source of dietary fibre and calcium.
